Hotel Accommodations

To accommodate every budget, VAASL has blocked hotel rooms at the following hotels at a discounted conference rate. 

Rooms at the lodge have been been booked. There are rooms still available at the Woodlands and at Country Inn and Suites near Busch Gardens. There is also a shuttle available for those staying at the Woodlands hotel or those parking at the Visitor's Center that runs about every 15 minutes. Click here to learn more about the shuttle and its schedule.

Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel - Located next to the historic area Visitors Center. A shuttle will operate to and from the Williamsburg Lodge at key times.

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Williamsburg Busch Gardens (just a few miles from the conference site) There will not be a shuttle to the conference site from this location. However, you can park at the Visitor's Center parking lot and take the shuttle to the Lodge to avoid having to find parking at the Lodge itself.
